Production Line Design 

 The following work stages are included in our production line design process:

1. Preparation of the preliminary design. Together with the client, we determine the actual need and the layout of the equipment. If desired, the preliminary design also provides an overview of the equipment cost and space requirements.

2. 3D modelling of the equipment or line, during which all assemblies and components are resolved.

3. Preparation of the machine risk assessment and adjustment of the project according to the results.

4. Description of automation operating principles and analysis of the machine’s work cycle.

5. Preparation of technical drawings.

6. Preparation of cutting files and databases required for manufacturing.

7. Preparation of user and maintenance manuals in accordance with applicable standards.

Automation Integration in Production Lines

Equipment Design and/or Construction 

Depending on the agreement and production volume, Nõmm Insenerid OÜ can provide either design‑only services or deliver a complete turn‑key production line. All intermediate and combined cooperation models are possible.

· We build our designed equipment and production lines and commission them at the factory. · We have installed production lines up to approximately 15 metres in length. · Our prototyping workshop enables the construction of complete machines up to 4 × 2.5 m. · For more complex processes, we build simplified prototypes to study product behaviour, test forces acting on materials and examine system performance.
